My entry for Dragonology Contest 
Hydra - A usually flightless dragon with four or no legs with multiple serpentine necks and heads. A hydra has a ability to grow a new head or pair of heads, if one is destroyed or decapitated.
Recognition Feature: Fang
Habitat: Volcano
To be honest, this is my first time painting a hydra. Couldn't get the heads right for about, hmm... 1-2 hours of sketching?
Hydras are associated mostly with water in various mythologies. I made a fire-magma-volcanic-whateva-hydra with fancy teeth! Oh gosh, isn't she ugly?
Well, back to work!
